What If Democrats Lose?

Oh I know that, that idea cuts across the grain and nobody really wishes to contemplate it but what if the unthinkable happens? What if Republicans retain control of both houses of Congress?

Will losing for the Democrats be the final death blow struck to the partisan slanted main stream media, by the way, which is in its last death troughs?

Will obvious ersatz news reporters/partisans like Chris Matthews, Ken Olbermann and Katie Couric be forced over to main stream reporting of the news?

Will politicos of all stripes finally get the message that American people do not want to be lied too or manipulated with political nuance or exploited in any way?

What would it say about the Democrat party in general, that has laid so much ill will as ground work, making this a highly charged volatile and vitriol political contest?

I’m predicting now that if the Democrats fail to win control of either the House or the Senate were will be great weeping and gnashing of Liberal’s teeth.

America will be called the Great Stupid Satan by the East and the U.K. will ask for the statue of Liberty back at France’s request.

Movie stars and recording artist alike will begin to pack up their things for the great migration to Europe and illegal aliens will stop over running American borders because suddenly Mexico will be way cooler to live in rather than living in a Republican controlled America.

Al Dema-Qaeda will give it’s cell groups command to filibuster bomb Congress again and Nancy Pelosi will launch Howard Dean’s secret nuclear scream missiles unto the White house.

Harry Reid will reveal that he actually owns the United States bought it in a secret real estate deal that he didn’t report to the senate ethics committee and pronounce that as landlord he is evicting all Republicans forthwith.

Michael Moore will have a heart attack caused by a steady diet of pork rinds and consistent wrong political forecasting.

George Soros will donate all his money to Republican causes because he’s an amoral businessman who just wants to win something.

Barbara Steistand will join and tour with the Dixie Chicks to look for that one fan that’s out there somewhere.

Bill Clinton will wag that finger into the face of any TV camera he can find and say that he doesn’t remember ever saying that he was a Democrat in fact people just assumed that he was a Democrat because he was standing near Hillary who may or may not be a Democrat but he knows for sure that he’s never had sex with her!

If Democrats lose both the House and the Senate 6,000 lawyers will descend from helicopters to every state in America and declare marshal law throughout the country and begin national wide recounts until they achieve Washington State gubernatorial results and overturn all Republican wins and declared all races Democrat wins!
